Little Maria is mysteriously abducted while shopping in an electronics store. Her desperate father begins his search for the girl. Is this all just a diabolical game?
The player controls the father on his quest to find Little Maria, hunted and threatened by ghostly shop persons, collecting items as he goes and finding special items to help him on his search.
Dad's Dead - The Game was part of an exceptional cross-media campaign. A film was heavily promoted for weeks on radio and television. A website supported and fueled expectations. Finally the film was released on DVD: as a giveaway through electronic retailer MediaMarkt. At the peak of the campaign the game was released and sold exclusively in MediaMarkt stores only.
