Offers and Contracts

Client Cooperation
Clients are responsible for providing all required information, materials, access, feedback, and approvals necessary for the performance of the agreed services.
Delays caused by missing information, late feedback, or unavailable client resources may affect timelines and delivery dates.
Prices and Payment
Prices, payment terms, and billing schedules are agreed individually in the relevant offer, contract, or project agreement.
Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable according to the payment terms stated on the invoice.
Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, all concepts, designs, software, text, graphics, strategies, documents, and other work results created by Team Vienna Games GmbH remain protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.
Usage rights are granted to the client only to the extent agreed in writing and usually only after full payment has been received.

Projects may involve third-party tools, platforms, software, APIs, hosting providers, payment providers, advertising platforms, analytics tools, or other external services.
